Hi, I’m Teagan!
I was born and raised here in Portland, and I love all things self-care. My adoration for the world of spa and wellness began when I attended the Aveda Institute Portland and became licensed in esthetics in 2018. After practicing esthetics for several years, I went back to school and became a licensed massage therapist in 2023.
My approach to bodywork and massage combines intuitive touch with a focus on achieving your goals, whether that be pain relief, addressing stress and tension, relaxation, or all of the above! I believe massage is an incredible way to tune into your body and connect with yourself, and is one of the many wonderful ways in which you can practice self-care.
I look forward to meeting you!

My services
Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage
Massage has many benefits, from calming the nervous system to relieving tension deep in the muscles. Each session will be customized to your specific needs, and can address concerns such as chronic pain, stress, previous injuries, mobility, and much more.
Gua Sha
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gua Sha is a scraping technique that has been used for thousands of years to relieve pain and improve circulation. This technique, when used alongside massage, can help to break up scar tissue and separate adhesions in the fascia and muscles.
Facial Massage and Gua Sha
The benefits of using Gua Sha and massage techniques on the face range from relieving jaw tension and TMJ pain, to increasing circulation and collagen production, and aiding in lymphatic drainage.
Head and Neck Treatment
Massage focused on the scalp and neck can be very helpful for addressing migraines and headaches, neck stiffness and soreness, stress and sleeplessness, and more. This treatment uses a warm oil infused with rosemary, and the use of a jade Gua Sha comb to break up tension in the neck and scalp. This service can be requested to include in your session at the time of your appointment.
